Electrical Installation

Prokool can provide quotations on numerous electrical installation projects inline with installing cooling equipment or standalone projects. We can provide the following works:

  • Electrical installation of new cooling equipment, pumps, inverters and control panels etc.
  • Power distribution from distribution boards.
  • Field wiring to electrical components along with isolation switches.
  • Communication system wiring to control panels and inverters.
  • Control and automation systems. Installation of control panels, PLC’s and automation systems to regulate and monitor equipment or processes automatically.
  • Electrical system surveys.

Mechancial Installation

Prokool offer pipework installation with all process cooling projects and individual standalone pipework projects.
Prokool offer the following:

  • Pipework design. Prokool can attend site to carry out a site survey to take measurements and provide a detailed P&ID drawing of the potential installation.
  • Pre fabrication of pipework. After a site visit and measurements are taken all pipework that can be pre-fabricated off site will be done in the workshop. This ensures minimal down time when installing new pipework into a system along with less time spent on site.
  • Installation of pipework. All pipework supplied is installed to the highest standards and practices. All pipework is correctly supported and mounted to prevent any stress on the pipework.
  • Sections of pipework are joined using various methods depending on the pipework used such as welding, threaded connections or compression fittings.
  • All pipework is installed with high quality fittings and valves such as level ball valves, butterfly valves, double regulating valves etc.
    Leak testing is carried out after all installations are carried out to ensure no leaks are detected following the installation.
  • If required Prokool offer thermal insulation and trace heating on applications that require antifreeze protection.
